3. Google User Data

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • We only access, use, store, and share Google Calendar data to enable core application features — specifically to allow you to connect your calendar, check availability, display available time slots, and create or manage events with your explicit consent.
  • We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, marketing, or analytics unrelated to the app’s core features.
  • We do not sell or share Google Calendar data with third parties except as necessary to provide the requested service.
  • Google Calendar data is deleted immediately upon disconnection of your Google account or closure of your account.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for:

  • Service Provision: To operate, maintain, and improve our AI agent services.
  • Account Management: To create, manage, and authenticate your account and subscriptions.
  • Customer Support: To respond to your requests and technical inquiries.
  • Payment Processing: To process payments securely via Stripe, Inc.

  • Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Google Calendar data is used only for the calendar features described in Section 3 and is excluded from unrelated analytics and marketing.

5. Data Storage & Security

  • Hosting: All systems and data are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) Sydney (ap-southeast-2) in Australia to comply with Australian data sovereignty requirements.
  • Encryption in Transit: All data, including personal information, is transmitted securely over TLS (SSL) to protect it during transfer between your device and our servers.
  • Storage of Personal Information: Personal information such as name, email address, and phone number is stored securely in our database with strict access controls. While this information is not encrypted at rest, we implement robust database security, role-based access, and network protections to safeguard it against unauthorized access.
  • Encryption at Rest: Sensitive data (such as authentication tokens, API keys, and certain integration credentials) is encrypted at rest using AES-256.
  • Monitoring: 24/7 security monitoring, intrusion detection, and regular audits.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only in the following cases:

  • Service Providers: With trusted vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., AWS for hosting, Stripe for payment processing).

Google Calendar data is excluded from business transfers or secondary uses unless required to continue providing the service you requested.

  • Conversation Logs: Retained for up to 2 years for service improvement unless deleted earlier by the user.
  • Google Calendar Data: Retained only as long as your Google account is connected; deleted immediately upon disconnection or account closure.
  • Billing Information: Retained for 7 years for compliance with tax laws.
  • Analytics Data: Retained in aggregated and anonymized form indefinitely.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications
