- "Services" means the AI agent platform, features, integrations, and related support we provide.
- "Content" means text, audio, video, data, or other material transmitted, stored, or processed via the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must:

Our Services may connect to third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar, Stripe, AWS).
You acknowledge that:
- We do not control the content or practices of these third parties
- You are responsible for reviewing and complying with their terms and privacy policies
- Use of integrations is at your own risk
7. Payment and Billing
- Fees are as specified in your subscription plan.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe, Inc.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you consent to our data practices described there.
9. Service Availability and Support
- We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

10. Limitation of Liability
IMPORTANT: To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ALL AI AGENTS PTY LTD and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your:
